Another great project for the Workplace Group, this time for their co-working space in Barley Mow, West London.

Korean Embassy

Having completed the 1st phase of the large-scale refurbishment to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, London in 2017, GPDE were awarded the 2nd phase just a few months later.

Micro Focus - Paris/Amsterdam

Tech Giant, Micro Focus, are expanding throughout Europe and enlisted the help of the engineers at GPDE to design their new modern offices in both Paris and Amsterdam.

Prestigious Client - Budapest

Green Planet were awarded the task of creating a technical engineering office for a well known British car manufacturer in the heart of Budapest, Hungary.

Splunk

Software giant, Splunk enlisted the help of GPDE to design their brand new London Headquarters based in the Brunel Building, Paddington complete with their own in-house bar. 

BT

One of the countries largest telecommunications companies took a new office space over 3 floors in Temple Quay, Bristol. GPDE were involved throughout the project from initial validation to final commissioning.

​Workspace Group provide modern and flexible office solutions catering for all types of businesses. The co-working space in Southwark underwent a basement refurbishment.

British Veterinary Association

​Refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Central London for the British Veterinary Associations headquarters.

Serco - Solihull

​Public Service giants, Serco, awarded GPDE the job of designing its West Midlands office following successful completion of their Central London office.

Serco - London

A returning client embarked on a 9,000sq ft office relocation and tasked GPDE with creating an efficient and effective MEP design.

Digital agency AKQA awarded Green Planet Design Engineers with the task of generating the MEP scheme for their new Gothenburg office fit out.

International broadcaster and television channel creators AMC Networks International consolidated four locations into one with a 25,00sq ft office refurbishment.

Heineken UK

Heineken UK are a valued client of GPDE which is why we have worked with them on numerous occasions. This particular project was to create a Customer Zone as part of the refurbishment of their Great Titchfield Street office.

9 St Thomas Street

Collegiate House, situated in the heart of Southwark underwent a £450,000 refurbishment creating modern and open office space over six levels; basement, ground, first, second, third and fourth floors.

TMP Worldwide

This fit out of 20,000 sq ft of office space over multiple floors was carried out in two phases. The work included new offices, meeting rooms and breakout areas.

The Ohal Group

The Ohal Group who are now part of Gain Theory, a global marketing foresight consultancy, acquired new offices at 3 Waterhouse Square, a beautiful Grade II listing building situated in Holborn.

Ciena

The design and build fit out of Stapleton House, Scrutton Street allowed this global network provider to bring together all of Ciena’s lab equipment from its previous labs across various EMEA locations into one new centralised site and upgrade its training and laboratory facilities.

Addison Group

Green Planet Design Engineers were commissioned to fit out 3 floors for the successful communications company The Addison Group.  

Wenlock Studios

One of Workspace's many managed office buildings across the capital. Wenlock Studios is comprised of office, breakout and collaborative space situated along Regent's Canal in Angel.

Bryanston Court

Green Planet were approached by Ashton Porter Architects to do a full MEP design for a duplex apartment just minutes from London’s iconic attraction, Marble Arch.

Herbal House

Herbal House spans a total of 120,000sq ft in London’s digital, design and creative hub of Farringdon. The former print works factory has been transformed into mixed use space which celebrates the buildings history. GPDE were appointed to provide a bespoke design for the residential space located on the 5th and 6th floors.

Oval Road

A residential refurbishment in North London with a brief to be a modern, yet sustainable home whilst retaining it's original character and charm. 

Cable Street

Green Planet were asked to complete a full Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health design for a fire damaged pub conversion. Floors 1-3 were developed into 6 apartments while the ground floor was left empty for future retail space.  

St Marks Square

GPDE supplied the Electrical design for 200 high-end, contemporary residential Apartments covering 25 levels within the new sort after mixed-use development; St Mark’s Square, Bromley South.

West Hill

Full M&E design was required for an extension to an existing apartment block. The new building added an additional 5 residential units over two levels.

Southwark Bridge Road

An old office building underwent a change of use to be transformed into three beautiful 1 bed apartments. Each on their own level the apartments offer serenity in a bustling area of the capital.

Brixham Court, Staines

An extension and conversion of the floors above three shops in the high street into eleven modern flats with open plan living, perfect for the business commuter.

Borough High Street

GPDE were employed for the expansion of a 5 storey building within Borough High Street conservation area. The extension provided eight modern apartments from 1st floor up.

This project consisted of the renovation of the upper floors to create 4 modern, sleek and spacious apartments in London's sought after South Bank area.

L’atelier des Chefs

Full electrical, mechanical and public health systems were designed and installed by Green Planet Design Engineers for this successful cooking school in the City of London.

Giant Robot

Indoor food and drink market Street Feast bring their quirky set up to Canary Wharf with a 10,00sq ft fit out in Crossrail Place.

Leon Southwark Street

Leon Restaurants are continually expanding across the country. Newly acquired space at 2-4 Southwark Street put another restaurant on the map.

Knight Frank

Knight Frank requested GPDE’s help to design the MEP fit out for their Clapham office.  

Mount Street, London

The Italian shoe designer, Gianvito Rossi, opened his first boutique store in the UK in a fitting location, Mayfair’s historic Mount Street.  

Polo Ralph Lauren

Green Planet Design Engineers were commissioned to complete full M&E design for Polo Ralph Lauren (PRL) for their stores in Bicester Village – Oxfordshire, Swindon and Fidenza – Italy.

Lockets 

​Within the heart of St James’ London, you can find Lockets, a café by day and a wine bar by night. The modern space is the perfect spot for all occasions. 

RCUK

Telecoms

Rose Communications UK required a fit out for their Stamford Hill branch.  Consisting of ground floor retail space, repair centre and showroom, as well as first floor office space, meeting rooms and private offices. Fit out was from shell and core. 

Arlos

No nonsense, great tasting Steak restaurant Arlos required a full fit-out for their Balham restaurant. Split over basement and ground floor, both levels required their own kitchen as well as customer dining space.

Mid Kent College

Both mechanical and public health designs were completed for Mid Kent College in Kent where 5 existing blocks of the campus were being refurbished.     

Nightingale School

The works consisted of a 470m2 single storey new build extension to a community school; specially designed for boys with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties between the ages of 5 and 19 years. 

Graveney School

Graveney School underwent a £2.4m extension to the current main building in 2019 to provide further classrooms, offices and educational space for staff and pupils of the  Oppenheimer Sixth Form.

GPDE completed full mechanical design for Thames Valley Housing Association following the CAT A refurbishment of Premier House in Twickenham.

High Profile Charity - Canary Wharf

Green Planet Design Engineers were commissioned to undertake this exciting, high profile project, for a charity in Bank Street, to provide mechanical and electrical designs for a refurbishment of existing CAT B office space.

Peter Bedford Housing Association

Peter Bedford Housing Association (PBHA) have been inspiring brighter futures for socially excluded adults in North East London for over 40 years. GPDE assisted with their brand new location in Kingsland, London.

The Wesley is a beautiful, independent hotel with arguably the best transport links, not only in London, but to the rest of the country as well. As The Wesley is a busy, successful hotel, care had to be taken so that the smooth running of the hotel was not affected by the works.

Mornington Leisure Centre approached GPDE as they wanted to make some significant changes to their space. This included the full refurbishment of the male and female dry changing facilities and the expansion of their new cardio suite.

McDermott, Will and Emery is a renowned law firm based in one of the most recognisable buildings in London, Heron Tower. Catering to MWE’s needs, Green Planet designed a new CAT B fit out and also investigated the cooling and heating issues in their Central Equipment Room.

Faeger Baker Daniels is a globally successful law firm with offices in the United Kingdom, United States and China. Green Planet were appointed to complete the mechanical and electrical design for works on the third floor of their London Office.

Returning client Instant Offices acquired the 5th floor of the office building in central Zurich and required the services of GPDE to help turn it into the perfect managed office for their client.
